Welcome to Northern Kentucky Twin Meadows, home to ADGA Nubian goats, Scottish Highland Cattle (www.highlanderhills.com) , our new addition Blue Heeler puppy (Bleu), our horses (one of which is a mini whom we adore - Mr. Moo), 2 angora rabbits for spinning wool, cats, chickens and the Zimmerman family.

      Twin Meadows is located in Northern Kentucky, in rural Gallatin County. Our 36 acre farm is located between Lexington and Louisville, Kentucky and Cincinnati, Ohio. Switzerland County, Indiana, is directly across the Ohio River. We welcome visitors!

      We have a small, closed, healthy herd. All our animals tested CAE free in 2012 and we have never had CL on our farm.

We are tremendously thrilled with what our herdsires Kastdemur's Hey Jude and Lakeshore SH Heat Signature are doing for our herd and herds of those who purchase offspring from them. These bucks carry our genetic program at Twin Meadows and we love the improvements showing in their kids.

UPDATED: MAY, 2012 Twin Meadows has now completed our 2012 kidding season and are taking reservations for 2013. We want to thank so very much all the families who purchased our kids. We were so very pleased with the kid crop produced from our herdsires through our dams this year. We, at present, only have 3 bucklings left available for sale (please see For Sale page).

We sadly grieve the loss to the Nubian world this year of Karen Senn, owner of the Kastdemur herd, and extend our sympathy to her family and friends. We recently received our Kastdemur doe kid from her SGCH MANDALAY BAY (N1475243 ) X *B J&R SPIRIT'S DAKOTA PLAYBOY (N1452155 ) breeding - Kastdemur's PL Moonstone Bay, and are so very excited and pleased to add her to our breeding program. We thank Krista for all her help in bringing this about! We know her mother was looking forward to the results of her Temerity and Mandalay Bay breedings to Playboy.

We also thank Karen Smith atWingwood Farm for allowing us to purchase one of her beautiful animals - Wingwood Farm Blue Tizzy (N1590602 ) and look so forward to the kids produced from these two genetically strong does. I do love the animals from these herds!

After losing our herdsire, *B Hoanbu Status Galahad, last year we decided to search for a replacement for him. We are terribly excited to introduce our new herdsire, a grandson of KASTDEMUR'S TEMERITY (LA "93" EEEE): Redwood Hills Farm FV Alacrity (SG REDWOOD HILLS REAL MARINA 5*M, 92 EEEE (N1495643 ) X *B KASTDEMURS FULL VELOCITY (N1536292 ) (+*B KASTDEMUR'S FULL DISCLOSURE X SGCH KASTDEMURS TEMERITY 5*M))!!! We thank the Bice's at Redwood Hills Farm so very much for allowing us to purchase these incredible genetics and look forward to sharing them with all the purchasers of "Al's" kids from our farm.
